Grilled artichokes in Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Italian artichokes freshly harvested and gently grilled on hot lava stones, flavoured with natural spices reminiscent of our Mediterranean, gently cured with delicate extra virgin olive oil. Prepared without any preservatives, but natural products that give the aroma that makes this dish unique in its kind. The grilled artichokes in olive oil are fabulous to be tasted as an appetizer, side dish or to stuff sandwiches and focaccia.
