And we follow the productive cycle of the olive oil from the beginning to the end.
From the moment we reap the olives from the trees, we select only the best ones. And the best ones, which we immediately recognise, already smell like oil. After we reap them, we bring them in our oil mill. We press them and we transform them, by cold extraction.
From the olives to the oil the step is short: twenty-four hours. It’s about quality, drupes must not oxidise. That is why what we produce, keeps that organoleptic balance unchanged, that authentic flavour able to attract even the most demanding palates. And this result rewards us with every effort, every sacrifice we paid, just like the warmth of a hug.
